Upon receipt of payment or trial request, subscription credentials (M3U Plus URL, Xtream Codes credentials, or Portal authorization) will be delivered electronically via WhatsApp or email within minutes.
Each subscription line is provisioned for single-device active streaming at any one given moment unless you have purchased an explicit multi-device plan. Simultaneous playback on unauthorized additional screens may temporarily pause stream access.
Stream resolution (FHD, 4K UHD) depends on your local ISP speed and hardware capabilities. For best performance, we recommend connecting your Smart TV or streaming device via high-speed 5GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable.
We routinely perform routine server maintenance and channel additions to ensure 99.9% uptime. Temporary channel updates or maintenance windows are handled automatically with minimal interruption.
